    The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Project Management will oversee all aspects of project execution and delivery, ensuring operational excellence in our construction project services for fiber optic networks. Must have solid experience as a Senior Leader of a Project Management department in the Telecom Construction industry (specifically Outside Plant, Fiber-To-The-Home Construction). Key Responsibilities: Act as the company's primary representative in all client interactions, ensuring professionalism and alignment with project goals. Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to address and resolve project-related issues. Standardize processes across the entire project management organization to build the PMO. Build, mentor, and lead a team of project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Leverage technology to streamline project tracking, reporting, and resource allocation. Review project progress, identify productivity challenges, and implement proactive solutions. Approve and monitor work plans, packages, and project schedules to ensure timely completion. Support and enforce the site quality plan, ensuring all inspections and documentation are completed on schedule and prepared for final turnover. Support talent acquisition and resource planning by working with Human Resources to staff projects effectively. Provide mentorship and leadership to direct reports, fostering professional development and teamwork. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of project experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a team. Proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, specifically in telecommunications and fiber optic construction (FTTH, OSP). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
