Responsibilities: Project Management: Set and meticulously manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met. Proactively monitor project deliverables, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between sales/clients and the production facility. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Effectively translate client requirements into actionable production plans. Production Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of production, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure adherence to all quality standards and client specifications. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular and comprehensive project updates to relevant stakeholders and team members. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned.
