What You'll Do As a Marketing Technology Manager:
Manage and administer the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM) systems
Manage day-to-day functionality including: data quality, upgrades and maintenance, identifying opportunities for optimization and workflow enhancements, data storage and organization, user access, and provide and train our new and existing users on best practice usage
Develop and deliver reports and insights from CRM data to inform business decisions and client development strategies
Manage integrations points between marketing systems to help enforce process improvement and efficient workflows.
Manage and administer the Business Development and Marketing Technology platforms
Guide Experience Management System (Foundation) data collection and campaigns and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and market trends
