Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, bridges, site development, utilities).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
