Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager for Commercial Division 8 Construction Products at Windor Supply & Mfg., Inc. located in Tulsa, OK. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing jobs within our commercial division, ensuring their successful delivery on time and within budget for commercial new construction and tenant improvement. You will be working with a bid coordinator, an estimator/detailer, purchasing department, and our operations divisions- so you have plenty of supporting staff. We are looking for someone who brings deep expertise to Division 8 products, particularly with commercial door hardware. If you bring this expertise and a great attitude- we want you on the team! Compensation Base salary compensation is negotiable by level of expertise. We offer an attractive commission program for our salespeople and project managers, along with profit sharing, half of the employee's insurance premiums, matching 401k, and a great overall benefit package.
