Graphic Design Responsibilities:
· Developing, from both existing visual centers and scratch, brand identity for programs and activations
· Developing designs for emails, promotional marketing materials, social assets, event signage and beyond, translating client goals and objectives into concepts and execution
· Building comprehensive client proposals that illustrate ideas and concepts, for ideation through execution, translating into compelling creative strategies and visual identities

Brief Description:
The Digital Graphic Designer manages the creation of the company's video assets and strategies, designed to strengthen the company's market position, enhance public perception, and build lasting brand equity with customers.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to complement the skills of the existing Marketing Team. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Detailed Description:
Develop video, sound, and animation content using expertise with software graphics.
Communicate ideas and concepts visually through artistic measures, creative messaging, and computer technology, specializing in multiple media fields.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with sales and marketing objectives.
Conceive, design, and implement video images, layouts, illustrations, lettering, and graphics to enhance video content through product branding, social media, websites, emails, exhibits, educational materials, and business publications.
Manage product portfolio lifecycles from initial product launch to the distribution of materials.
Support product or service development by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to determine launch strategies for new products, services, and program rollouts.
Maintain organized video and design files while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft 365.
Experience with 3D Studio Max or similar software for animation and 3D content creation.
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Intermediate understanding of upstream oil and gas and/or drilling industry concepts, or a strong willingness to learn.
Highly creative, with the ability to think outside the box, challenge norms, and uncover innovative solutions.
Flexible and adaptable to diverse roles and responsibilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Service- and solution-oriented mentality, with a focus on meeting deadlines and supporting both internal and external customers.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a graphic design or video role.
Proven experience in Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365 Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for upstream oil and gas or other industrial sectors.
Experience with advanced animation or 3D design tools such as 3D Studio Max or Cinema 4D.
Additional Details:
Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer Will:
Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied
Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.
Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate
Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer:
1-2 years of graphic design experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously
Determine the best output method based on the customer's needs
Sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
