Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Manufacturing Engineering in a manufacturing / factory environment is strongly preferred
  • Active DoD clearance
  • Experience with any of the following commodities: energetics, propulsion, machining and or castings
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience performing supplier assessments
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers/vendors at the same time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated planning and follow through experience (able to create ate roadmap linking metrics to actions and generating implementation plans)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
