What we expect… (Essential Functions) Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the design and engineering between various engineers for the customers' process, equipment and installation. Perform estimating, bidding and subcontract procurement on projects. Reviews and approves invoices. Assist the Project Manager to develop project proposals. Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures. Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by manager. Compose and process routine correspondence. Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records. May coordinate proposal and bid package information or coordination of document release. May coordinate tracking contact status, vendor relations, meeting minutes. Conduct research then compile statistical reports. Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.
