Required Qualifications Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Automotive, Thermal or Chemical or Systems Engineering. 7+ years of experience in thermal engineering or systems engineering related to technology development. 3+ years of experience in heat transfer or thermodynamic cycles or fluid dynamics and component and system level designs and analysis. 3+ years of experience in working with physics-based modeling tools (CFD, FEA, System modeling) and knowledge of associated best practices. 3+ years of experience in developing system and component level testing protocols for technology performance demonstrations. 3+ years in model-based systems development approach. 3+ years of experience in electro-mechanical thermal systems development. The Equipment Engineer will work in the Class 100 semiconductor facility overseeing process equipment. Responsible for managing all equipment used in wafer fabrication and characterization.
