The Sr. IIoT Engineer drives industrial connectivity, data integration, and manufacturing optimization using IIoT solutions like ThingWorx and Kepware. In lieu of a degree 10 years IIoT and manufacturing experience. Experience in IIoT, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT systems, with a focus on improving manufacturing processes through data-driven decision-making. Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in PLC data integration, machine connectivity, and digital manufacturing solutions. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize ThingWorx-based applications for real-time monitoring, analytics, and efficiency tracking. Experience with Kepware OPC servers, including configuring data sources, managing industrial protocols, and optimizing connectivity. Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodologies.
