Job Description
The Molasses Flood is looking for a Design Director who will be responsible for creating the vision and setting the culture for the design team. This is a leadership position, and will involve hiring and managing a team of designers, as well as working across all disciplines to ensure that our creative decisions remain faithfully grounded in the world of The Witcher, while delivering engaging, fun and immensely replayable multiplayer gameplay experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team on projects which will include the following responsibilities:
Assist the design team with sketches and revisions, including dolls for our templates.
Organize trim libraries in the office and PLM.
Follow creative direction and turn concepts and ideas into visuals.

The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $90,000 - $130,000. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience.
