The Designer will work within the design and layout services department of the company, which specializes in full-service construction, design, and installation services for customers' facilities within the agri-industrial sector and commercial construction. This role involves participation in design-build projects, including feed, grain, flour milling, wood pelleting facilities, and buildings. The projects encompass deep foundations, structural concrete, masonry, equipment, air handling, and site layouts.
Responsibilities
* Design and draft in Revit
* Develop and manage templates and construction documents
* Systems and site layout
Essential Skills
* 2+ years of design experience with Revit
* 2+ years of experience with foundations, structural concrete/steel, equipment, or site layout for industrial buildings or facilities projects
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Plant/Building/Facility Layout Design
* Manufacturing, Agricultural, or Industrial Layout Experience
* BIM
Work Environment
Work in an office with 5-10 other employees, across multiple departments including design, construction, and sales. The average workweek is 40 hours with flexibility on hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
