As a Senior Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst, you'll lead the overall configuration, maintenance and performance management of all Human Resources Information Systems related to payroll, time off, employee records, benefits and more. You'll champion the technical partnership with supported business areas to create new system workflow, create the expectations for maintaining information security and develop your own strategies for improving the system, while mentoring and developing your peers.
About the Role
Develop and configure responsive workflows and future state strategies to efficiently and accurately drive HR business processes
Provide clear direction, create and share templates and deliver relevant communication regarding business workflows to team members across different functions, business areas and levels of the organization
Evaluate systems and processes holistically to identify areas of improvement and configure/implement solutions
Outline and build appropriate solutions as well as deliver and communicate results by testing, creating technical documentation and hosting functional demos for business area acceptance criteria
Develop, test and configure for all use cases while facilitating user acceptance testing
Proactively monitor and manage system updates/outages/maintenance, ongoing improvements and configurations and communicate with impacted business areas
Provide internal and external technical support to ensure adequate functioning of the HR systems and interfaces while serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting system errors
Function as the technical expert in partnering with HR business areas and outside vendors
Apply sophisticated quantitative and qualitative analyses to produce actionable insights
Take big-picture ideas, break them into actionable steps and execute on change and share this skill with others on the team
Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
Provide accurate and timely updates for status of tasks and projects

About You
5 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or technology
Strong organizational, communication and client service skills
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive analytical projects to completion with minimal direction
Ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities
Strong computer and technical skills, experience with Workday and/or object-oriented programming or application engineering preferred

This position reports to the IT Sr Manager - Collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
Provide day to day administration of existing SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams workspaces including permissions and access management, site configuration, list/library/page creation, issue resolution, and end user support.
Provide excellent customer service to business partners and end users and build a deep knowledge of core business functions.
Create and maintain functional specifications for new or modified business systems including detailed systems documentation, release notes, user instructions, and procedures
Stay current with Microsoft365 and third-party roadmaps, new technology releases, changes, and updates with attention to their effects in our environment.
Work with the help desk and IT teammates to support IT tasks within the onboarding/offboarding process including account management and hardware inventory and retrieval.
Work with the IT Service Delivery Manager and provide endpoint support to all company devices (laptops, iOS devices) including software distribution, security maintenance, patch management, and daily monitoring to ensure availability and integrity of resources.
Administer the managed file transfers (MFT) platform by working with stakeholders and IT teammates to design data exchange processes, troubleshoot transfer issues, and provide end user support.
Support the Zoom platform and Zoom usage (meetings, calls, SMS) on all devices by providing end user support, staying currently on Zoom changes and releases, and daily monitoring.
Support the planning, deploying, executing, and managing of all Microsoft services and the Microsoft365 tenant, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Work with IT teammates to ensure email security by monitoring and analyzing email traffic for potential threats, investigating and responding to incidents, and implementing and managing email security policies.
Provide Level 2 support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues, identifying workarounds and improvements. You will interface directly with the Level 1 help desk and escalate to Level 3 support when appropriate.
