Monitors electronic perimeter control devises and/or CCTV to detect any unauthorized entry into building/property, and where report communicates any detection to on duty senior sector supervisor.
Oversees the handling and reporting of emergency situations including employee injuries, to the on-duty field supervisor and duty dispatch,
Participates in a variety of training activities/programs designed to assure employees are capable of fulfilling their day-to-day and/or emergency response duties.
Maintains an in-depth knowledge of all Security Operation Procedures and Security Post Orders, Use of Force Policy, written and oral, pertaining to assigned duties.
Maintains skilled proficiency with professional security education refresher training (8hrs annually) according to Illinois State Law (225 ILCS 447/25-20).
