This multidisciplinary role supports customers at all classification levels and plays a key role in establishing security operations at our brand-new facility. The ideal candidate has experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO), or Program Security Representative (PSR) and has served as a communications security (COMSEC) custodian. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $17.00/hr - with weekly pay. Requirements Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions. Must be capable to stand, sit, bend, reach, and/or walk up to 45 minutes consistently. Truck gate experience is preferred. AL security license is preferred. Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills. CPR certification is preferred. Basic computer skills. Previous experience and/or knowledge in logistics and data entry is a plus. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Ensure the security of the area, this includes the outside premises. Ensure the rules and regulations are followed. Report writing (daily activity, incident, visitor logs, maintenance items, etc.). Checking in visitors, ensure policies are followed, foot patrols, access control. Monitor CCTV cameras and equipment. Other duties as assigned by management. A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
