Facilities Security Officer (FSO) Pay: 130k - 150k DOE Requirement: Must have security clearance ICEYE US, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Security Officer (FSO) to join our team. The FSO will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of ICEYE US facilities, personnel, and sensitive information. Manage and communicate insider threat and cyber security threats as the Insider Threat Program Senior Official. Manage the processing of Prime and Sub DD254s. Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation, including security clearance records, incident reports, and audit logs. Escort uncleared personnel or visitors. Prepare and submit security reports to government agencies and company leadership as required. Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches and incidents, documenting findings and recommending improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to security. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during security events or drills. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as government customers, oversight authorities (e.g., DCSA, IC SSOs and AOs), and accreditation inspections. Provide security awareness training sessions for employees and staff to enhance overall security posture. Qualifications: Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CPSO/FSO roles, with a focus on IC and DoD programs Active FSO certification. Managed and implemented the NISP for a FOCI Mitigated facility. Hands-on experience with security databases such as DISS, NBIS, NISS, and Scattered Castles. In-depth knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117) and ICDs. Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and the ability to integrate ICD requirements into a comprehensive security program. Job Description An Unarmed Security Guard is assigned to specific locations to perform various security and customer service related services. Major Responsibilities: Guards Residential or Commercial property against damage, fire, theft, trespassing and illegal entry. The primary duty of the CSO will be to maintain a safe and secure community. The CSO may also be assigned to serve on special teams such as Incident Command and may work special projects, events, and assignments as directed by the Sage Hill Safety and Security Manager.
