Roles & Responsibilities: * Oversee administration of specified portfolio(s) of loans secured by automobiles. * Assist Manager with updates to process documentation. * Prepare and file proofs of claim and transfers of claim in bankruptcy cases as necessary and in a timely manner. * Ensure that all payment and contract information is entered correctly in ILS for each account. * Process correspondence and documents concerning account information, bankruptcy updates, and collateral. * Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, and consumers (when appropriate). * Access chapter 13 trustee websites to confirm payments and trustee claim information. * Monitor accounts for payments in accordance with the bankruptcy plans. Provide for the safety of all individuals frequenting Coastal Carolina Community College, maintain security and fire protection for facilities and capital equipment assets on campus, and prepare security related reports.
