Strong knowledge of ICD 705, and ICS 705-1 and DoDM 5205.7 Volume 3. Personnel designated as the Construction Security Manager (CSM) are highly skilled in SCIF facility construction to include developing and integrating CSP throughout the phases of construction. Strong knowledge of SAP processes and ability to execute SAP security best practices. Knowledge of JPAS / JCAVS system to complete electronic in-processing as owning agency for military and civilian personnel and servicing agency for contractor personnel. Knowledge of applicable policies and directives governing information security, industrial security, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, SETA, and foreign disclosure.
