ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical Degree with training emphasis in housing rehabilitation or housing code enforcement preferred; supplemented by two (2) years previous experience and/or training that includes housing code inspections, customer service, administrative work, and/or human interaction; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must obtain valid ICC Housing Rehabilitation Inspector Certification within one (1) year of employment. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
