Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Duties
* Follows the directions of the Supervisor of Student Services & Equity Initiatives, the Principal and/or Lead Constable
* Serves as a member of the School Safety Committee, and assists with the School Safety Plan.
* Coordinates efforts with school administration in the event of an actual emergency or school crisis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Security Officer will work at the speedway in various positions and locations. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets all guests with a smile and a helpful demeanor
Provides information and directions to guests as requested
Reacts appropriately to all comments/complaints/issues in a prompt and friendly manner
Ensures a safe and fun environment for all guests, staff, sponsors and partners
Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
Ensures the safety of guests and employees
Controls access to assigned areas
Allows or disallows admission to assigned areas based on credentials

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications
