What will you do?
Receive invoices, add new items, implement price changes, troubleshoot issues, and assist other departments with BirchStreet system
Assist food and beverage team members; cover shipping and receiving as needed
Coordinate group sales; organize and set up events, update documentation, test equipment
Input month-end inventory; analyze cost spreadsheet
Serve as backup on the POS system
Complete other administrative tasks; create signage and spreadsheets, order office supplies, log evaluation cards

Associate degree in related field preferred
One year of related experience required
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
Intermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, database, and e-mail required
