Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
In this role:
Main responsibilities will be performing electromagnetic simulations and developing next-generation solvers.
Candidate must be able to work within a small team environment, work with outside contractors, consultants.

Performs testing to support process and formulation development (e.g. excipient compatibility, solubility, dissolution studies, stability/impurity assessment)

* Initiate programs to achieve the improved profitability of products through compound improvements in concert with the manufacturing sites.
* Create and execute a project plan.
* Use literature research skills to form foundation of programs to assist in framing the material development projects.
* Must keep proper laboratory records which include the development plan and all associated material design flow.

* Bachelors' degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science or other Chemistry related field.
* 2+ years Chemistry Laboratory experience of rubber processing, formulating, and compounding experience.
* Familiar with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office/ Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Business level English skills (both written and verbal).
* Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs.
* Ability to travel domestically or internationally 10% of the time.
