What is a sap-sd consultant and how to become one

A sap-SD consultant is responsible for analyzing complex business process requirements and providing corresponding system solutions. Moreover, they are in charge of identifying and interpreting customer specifications.

Upon closer look of their duties, a sap-SD consultant is also responsible for liaising between the company, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other relevant teams for managing requirements, identifying issues in the system, developing appropriate solutions, and preparing functional specification enhancements. They also conduct conference room piloting (CRP) sessions to ensure that client requirements are being met and that everyone is on the same page.

To become a sap-SD consultant, any undergraduate course will do. However, many employers prefer candidates with degrees in computer science or business. Having an MBA or other post-graduate degree is also a great advantage.
