Does not value diversity and inclusion. They preach this as a value, but they do not follow it. Very disappointing that they still promote the good old boys club.

Thee work environment is very hostile for anyone who speaks up. The internal resources protect management.

Lacks diversity within the organization. Leadership still promotes and support promoting based on race rather than talent.

The research was interesting, and it was well supported by facilities and funding. My colleagues were helpful and good to work with.

I did not see a path to permanent employment as a postdoc, and my employment ended more suddenly than I would have hoped.

The vision care coverage is very good. As are the retirement benefits.
