One of our large aerospace clients is looking to hire a few General Mechanics to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX. This position requires an individual to work fully onsite. Position Responsibilities: Perform efforts associated with flight controls installation, removal and rigging. Landing gear and servicing of aircraft. Perform essential component change outs for example servo pumps, filters and engine components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specification, and retrofit requirements to perform structural modification/repair. Access aircraft data via computer systems and initiate on-line parts and discrepancy requests Maintain necessary certifications, licenses and permits as required for assigned work Prioritize workload to maintain schedules on assigned projects Use Hazardous Energy and Lock Out /Tag systems applications to ensure working environment is deemed safe for access and on the job performance Use all equipment in accordance with established safety and operating procedures. Assist other team members (Avionics, Structures, Electrics) in order to ensure cost/schedule targets are met. Diagnose and correct malfunctions occurring in assembly processes. Use precision measuring instruments, gauges, tools, etc., necessary to check dimensions and conformance to quality requirements. The Sr. Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Overseas Military Banking Program (OMBP) will assist customers verbally when accepting phone calls and through written responses via online banking messages. These inquiries and requests range from simple to complex in nature and encompass a wide variety of subject matter areas. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, completing wire transfers, assisting with account inquiries, performing general account maintenance, assisting with online and mobile banking questions or problems, conducting account closures, processing data entries, educating customers on self-service options, and other off phone duties as assigned. The Sr. CSR is responsible for providing a positive customer experience that leads to improved satisfaction. They will be expected to follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential to this role. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to multi-task and will be expected to think independently but work well as a member of a team. Demonstrating flexibility and remaining open and adaptable to change is a must.
