Cons of working at Samtec
Raises are rare or non-existent. Too many people in decision making positions that don't make decisions based on what's best for everyone but instead themselves and others in their circle. Promotions are often based on who you know. Too many people here do not produce and nothing happens to them. Way too many people hired and often done in unneeded waves. It's not what it used to be.
