About this Position: The Used Vehicle Sales Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing and planning the disposition of Regional Honda (All U.S. Honda Companies) used vehicles utilizing the Used Vehicle Sales process. The Used Vehicle Sales Supervisor will also support the CVA Fleet Management Assistant Manager by leading the Fleet Management data analysis, data collection, data visualization and database management. Responsibilities include: Daily supervision of a team of Analysts and Lot Porters to promote efficient processing techniques and establish daily goal objectives. Facilitate twice-weekly Analyst round table meetings to discuss common issues and best practices. Manage dedicated mailboxes for Sales and Delivery Teams. Reply to or assign emails to the appropriate analyst to achieve a response within 48 hours. Manage vehicle purchase quote requests and achieve a 100% accuracy in vehicle pricing. Manage and evaluate vehicle condition, pricing and vehicle posting Oversee & support incoming calls and correspondence from associates and vendors. Validate Associate purchase eligibility and vehicle saleable status. Manage Regional Used Car Sales transaction execution and adherence to applicable state laws (titling, registration, sales tax) to achieve business volume targets. Manage National Port Repaired vehicle distribution Process and log of sale transactions in mainframe database. Ensure completion of State required sale documents and timing compliance requirements. Determine Strategy and Handling of internal / external Regional Used Car Promotional Sales. AHM vehicle fleet reconciliation and inventory management / reporting. Develop associate satisfaction strategy and implementation (associate vehicle purchase programs) Specialty vehicle pricing analysis (race car, heavy equipment, performance sale) Ensure compliance of CVA Policies, Procedures and other CVA/HR benefit related items. Communicate gaps in other CVA processes with internal stakeholders and log issues for management updates. Complete analysis to understand root causes of associate dissatisfaction with Regional Used Vehicle Sales operations and Torrance vehicle Delivery processes. Develop training curriculum, train new analysts, and update SOP documentation for related CVA areas of responsibility. Support Assistant Manager with data analysis, data collection, data visualization and database management in preparation of monthly Budget Hearings with Executives. Develop reporting processes for continuous management review (inbound vehicle tracking, on-ground inventory, auction dispatch and transportation, vehicle condition, accessory returns, Torrance vehicle delivery, trend analysis) Who we are seeking: Minimum Experience: Budgeting, planning, and forecasting company's finances Data analysis, including forecasting and data visualization.
