Participate in local industry association events to expand brand presence. Conduct PK (Product Knowledge) training sessions for customers. Set up samples and displays in customer showrooms to enhance product visibility. Submit daily activity and call reports detailing customer interactions. Provide monthly sales forecasts for the assigned territory. Maintain a high level of self-discipline and operate with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of outside sales experience (flooring industry experience preferred). 3+ years of experience in the flooring industry is a plus. Currently working or recently employed in the flooring industry is highly preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined. Strong relationship-building skills and a dedicated work ethic. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency. Ability to develop and manage a sales territory effectively. Proven ability as a strong prospector and closer. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Willingness to travel within the state as needed. Valid driver's license required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission.
