Register customers for lessons and engage in conversation regarding the store's private lesson program The Menchey School of Music.
Other responsibilities:
Become familiar with the products and manufacturers that the company works with
Complete training on basic instrument knowledge, sales techniques, and new products
Answer customer questions and concerns, understanding when to ask for help
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized storefront
Open and close the store according to store policies
Basic money handling and ability to accurately balance cash drawer
