About the Role
As a Brand Associate, you're an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You're responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You're an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Summary/Objective
The Grunt Style Retail Keyholder is a unique position that is responsible for overseeing the daily shift of the store by making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Requirements
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field preferred.
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a high stress environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self motivated.
Ability to read and understand sales data.
Computer skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
