The Showroom Concierge is responsible for supporting Sales by upholding a welcoming environment to every customer, providing basic confirmations and communications to customers and sales using system resources, and catching any order errors before they go to other departments. This pivotal role's success is directly supported by the Showroom's Area Manager and indirectly supported by our corporate teams to help with order management, delivery, and after-delivery customer care.
