Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
Lead your team, dental assistants , hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.

Qualifications

Position Summary:
Responsible for properly recording customer financial transactions. Services needs of customers by providing assistance and information regarding status of bank accounts. Reviewing daily overdraft items and determines whether to honor or return them or close the account, according to policy and individual customer situation. Processes overdrafts according to established procedures. Assesses circumstances and makes decisions on collecting or waiving overdraft fees. Refers NSF checks back to originator and charges account accordingly. Follows collection procedures on NSF checks. Assists in editing proofs and operating sorter.
Account maintenance functions: Balances in process accounts including loan, DDA, and savings. Validates loan accounts and general ledger tickets. Prepares account reports. Posts all customer account changes including address changes. Reviews unposted general ledger accounts and makes necessary corrections. Balances general ledger accounts for MasterCard, and money orders. Notifies supervisor immediately of any suspicious activity or questionable transactions. ACH function - Consumer: sets up ACH activity, reviews ACH activity with proper customer authorization and resolve customer ACH problems.
ACH function - Commercial: assists customers with ACH files. Work closely with Cash Management Specialist on setting up commercial customers with online banking and then troubleshooting. Prepare yearly calendars, payroll charging, and sends out reports to management. File previous year ACH files in the basement.
Order Debit cards and handle fraud complaints related to Debit Cards.
Pull unposted checks, verifies point of deposits and pays or returns items. Edits suspect report and checks any stop payments. Return check process: prepares reversal, verifies account number on return check notice, posts information on computer terminal, stamps check with appropriate funds available as paid.
Reviewing and following up on the collection of bad checks according to established procedures. Prepares proper legal forms and corresponds with appropriate police departments.
Maintaining all CIF information (both on signature cards and on computer). Verify all new deposit accounts and make necessary changes on system.
Preparing and maintaining required government reporting information according to established regulations and bank procedures.
Assist customers with their Deposit Servicing related inquiries or concerns, in person and by telephone, such as, provides balance information, balance checkbooks, telephone transfers.
Correcting issues with deposit accounts as far as reversals if items posted incorrectly.
Preparing CD and Bill payment checks and entries for mailing.
Maintaining specifications and setting up new products.
Returning social security payments for deceased customers and preparing reclamations.
Setting up vendors for the loan department, inputting savings bond interest in the system throughout the year and then balancing them at year-end and completing and sending in reporting information.
Submitting quarterly sales tax
Operating check scanner and encode items for all Branches. Ensuring each batch is balanced before submitting to Fiserv.
Performs computer room duties as needed, including the printing of checks, changing back-up disks, etc.
Performs cash letter adjustments as required.
Research outstanding entries on the US Bank statement.
Assist customers in getting set up with remote deposit.
Assist commercial customers in Business Online, including logging in and handling customer problems with password and lock out.
Monitors the external email that arrives on the computer outside of COO's office.
Releasing incoming wires; contact customers and assist with problems.

FASTSIGNS #2079 is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative Will:
Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center
Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business
Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative:
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships
Great listening and organization skills
Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work
