Essential Functions
- Achieve and exceed revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships
- Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers regularly to assess their needs and align services or products with agreed business goals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and users within customer organizations, spanning various departments including purchasing, engineering, management, manufacturing, scheduling/logistics, and quality.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years successful sales experience in industrial sales, preferably in the fastener industry
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited four-year university or have strong mechanical aptitude with at least four years' experience selling fasteners or related product.
- Proven track record of growing business through successful long-term relationships with key customers and core suppliers
- Strong proficiency in clear and concise interpersonal and communications skills
- Basic computer skills including experience with CRM maintenance, Quoting, and Order Management is required. Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Ability to work and to interact with customers and employees while demonstrating tact, sensitivity, discretion and professionalism
- Strong keyboarding and proofreading skills that result in minimal errors
- You must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
