Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a full-time in-person role where you will be making a combination of cold and warm outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers. Your primary goal is to schedule and ensure attendance of at least 30 qualified sales appointments per month for our Sales Consultants.
We are looking for someone with high integrity who believes in honest and ethical sales. We do NOT tolerate manipulation tactics, misleading claims, or unethical selling practices. Our approach is consultative, straightforward, and based on value.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls (cold & warm) to business owners.
Effectively communicate Ring Ring Marketing's value proposition and schedule sales appointments.
Qualify prospects to ensure they meet company criteria before booking appointments.
Follow up with leads via phone and email to maximize appointment show rates.
Manage and update leads in the CRM system (e.g., Infusionsoft Keap).
Work closely with the Sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
Meet or exceed the monthly quota of 30 attended sales appointments per month.
Requirements
This is a full-time job. Expect to work a minimum of 8 hours per day (Monday-Friday).
We use Time Doctor to track time and take periodic screenshots.
3+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
Strong phone sales, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable making both cold and warm calls to business owners.
Ability to navigate conversations professionally and pivot when needed.
Experience using CRM software (Infusionsoft Keap, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
High integrity and ethical selling-no manipulation tactics or misleading strategies.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

What We Offer
$50,000 base salary (W2 position).
