Education and Experience:

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

Compensation:
Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid every month on the 15th. Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client's sale.
