We are seeking a Principal with experience in all areas of private company valuations. These engagements can include: estate and gift tax planning, litigation support, mergers & acquisitions, stock based compensation, fair value measurement, intangible assets, financial modeling, and more. In addition, the chosen leader will be responsible for representing the Business Valuation Services team in front of new and existing clients as well as UHY colleagues locally and nationally. With over twenty professionals nationally, the St. Louis leader will have access to analysts nationally as well as dedicated marketing and networking support. The ultimate goal is to stand up a local group of between three and eight people in the St. Louis valuation team over the next two years. We work in a high-paced environment so a chosen candidate must have the ability to plan, direct and review document collections, oversee complex analysis and coordinate reporting requirements including presentation of findings in client settings.
