a. Stop deliveries and propose / decide recall of products already delivered,
b. Limit or suspend the use of a supplier,
c. Freeze program quality gates.
8. Ensure communication to Management regarding Quality topics, including quality crisis, alerts and compliance risks

10. Coordinate the timely disposition of MVR's and support all QA activities to communicate non-conformance and corrective actions with suppliers. Process "PICKUP" requests as needed.
11. Generate requests and, if appropriate, purchase orders for material. Adhere to designated approval levels for sign off before order placement.
12. Release production orders to production floor. Generate and distribute status reports.
13. In conjunction with Cell Leaders and Supervisors, investigate/resolve discrepancies regarding material/capacity and due dates.
14. Modify and reschedule customer orders as changes occur. Communicate with Sales on these changes.
15. Perform assignments as specified by supervision.

**Complementary Description**
As a Test Technician II you will be responsible for the functional testing of timing, navigation, and simulation products. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting PCBA issues down to the component level, repairing PCBAs using through hole and surface mount solder techniques, and verifying root cause by performing system level testing. This role is a key member of our production team, working cross-functionally with Product Development, Production Engineering, and Sourcing teams.
The Day to Day:
- Test and inspects all product families to ensure proper functionality under user-case conditions
- Perform visual and mechanical inspection
- Utilizes knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly process to identify defects in workmanship and/or performance
- Works with engineering to clarify defects and assist in recreating failure and diagnosing to root cause
- Uses sophisticated electronic equipment to collect and evaluate operating data necessary for the successful operation of the unit
**Job Requirements**
