Severely underpaid, RRemc does things that are borderline illegal like making employees pay for the wrong orders made. They never seem to care about their employees who really are the business servers and cooks
Not many perks. They are supposed to offer 50% of employee meals as this is nation wide at Denny's but they make their own rules and do not offer it
My manager is great, she is no holds barred but she is great.
Nothing they don't care
Have the company pay their employees more like most Denny's do, and stop making their own rules
I did my research and I have previously worked for Denny's for years
Wayyyy underpaid!!! They pay way less than most Denny's at least in Florida when comparing the different stores. My old Denny's store I made at least 100-150 more a night.
Not much diversity. They have a few different cultures but it's mostly woman. There are a few men but not many.
