Are you a seasoned commercial loan officer with a passion for business development and relationship management? We are seeking a VP - Commercial Loan Officer to join our team to develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate loans. In this role, you will be responsible for loan production, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with Members and community leaders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a sizeable portfolio of commercial loans and deposits. Build and maintain strong relationships with Members, community leaders, and partners. Analyze and evaluate loan applications, making recommendations on product offerings, loan structuring, pricing, and approval. Participate in credit/risk management, portfolio management, and servicing of assigned portfolio. Collaborate with other Royal Team Members to meet clients' commercial lending and treasury/cash management needs. Actively engage in business development efforts to build a robust loan pipeline. Work Schedule and Location: This is a full-time, exempt level position working core hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday with additional hours as needed. Training: Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
