The pay is at bottom .they do not train a person enough to what your your job is going to be. They expect you to know from day one what is expected of you before they even know.. Pay.raise come very slow. Worked for 3 years before a very small raise.with a raise well be low average pay scale. That is why I have another job starting next week bottom pay more than I started with. My advice to any one Would be. Let this company be the last resort.
