In this fast-paced role, you are considered an industrial athlete. You are the boots on the ground and are responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move products within the warehouse. Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation. Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures. Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment. Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. Ability to operate work-related equipment. Job Description + Full Time - Hybrid Post Training + Location: Keene, NH (Open to other locations where a C&S Office is located) You will contribute by: + Negotiate and execute promotional merchandising programs with vendors and manufacturers (weekly ads/bi-annual food shows, Marketing events. + Negotiate opportunities with Vendors and Manufacturers maximizing profitable inventories by creating logistical and administrative efficiencies. + Learn the functions of various systems & reports for daily usage + Manage reconciliation of vendor rebate programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments from the vendor community. + Setup and maintain item and vendor data integrity, including pricing, item accuracy, item changes, item assortment, category marketing info, and lost income resolution. + Work on special projects with Senior Analysts and Mangers, such as representing division on specific weekly conference calls, food show coordination, retail merchandising, and other projects. + Work cross functionally with the Procurement team on excess inventory resolution. + Interface with other C&S departments, vendors, and retail customers for resolutions regarding invoicing, or deduction management. + Travel Required: No Environment + Office: Office Temperature (65F to 75F) We offer: + Paid training provided + Weekly Pay + Benefits available from day 1 (medical, dental, vision, company matched 401k) + PTO and Holiday Pay offered + Career Progression Opportunities + Tuition Reimbursement + Employee Health & Wellness program + Employee Discounts / Purchasing programs + Employee Assistance Program We're Searching for Candidates With: + Basic computer skills.     Part-time Description Keene Family YMCA is seeking part-time Lifeguards to work in their busy Aquatics Center. As a member of the Aquatics team, Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in our Aquatics Center. Additionally, Lifeguards maintain safe swimming conditions in the pool, on the deck, and in surrounding areas to create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Current American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard certifications, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required. If you do not have the required certifications, you could be eligible to receive your certifications free of charge with one year of service at the Keene Family YMCA. Essential Functions of the Lifeguard Builds personal and meaningful relationships with YMCA members, participants, volunteers, and guests while exemplifying the Y's commitment to the four-character values of caring, honesty, respect & responsibility. Responds to all member and community inquiries in a timely manner. Maintains active surveillance of the pool area by continuously scanning the pool area from side to side, regularly walking around the pool area to check blind spots, steam room, and sauna. Knows/reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately in accordance with YMCA policies, procedures, and the “safe-in-six model” (Prevent, Recognize, Activate EAP, Rescue, Care, Report). Completes related reports as required. Maintains effective, positive, culturally aware relationships with the members, participants and other staff. Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area. Maintains accurate records as required by the YMCA and/or the state Health Department code. Performs equipment checks and ensures appropriate equipment is available as needed. Performs chemical testing when not guarding, as required, and takes appropriate action. Checks the pool for hazardous conditions when arriving and for the duration of the shift. Lifeguards may be required to open or close the aquatics center. Attends all staff meetings and in-service trainings. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to perform duties with professionalism, enthusiasm, kindness, empathy, care, honesty, and respect. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Minimum age of 18. Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness. Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA/ARC standards. PREFERED LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS: Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid and Emergency Oxygen. 5+ years of Lifeguarding.
