The Durable Restoration Company is looking to hire a Skilled Mason who is experienced with historic mortars and has a broad understanding of traditional masonry construction. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and who has a drive for high quality restoration and preservation.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be knowledgeable in best practices and processes commonly used to achieve a quality final product.
Must be able to contribute to the goal of completing projects on time, and at or under budget.
Must be reliable with a positive outlook
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
Must be able and willing to travel as needed for 2 weeks at a time. (Travel expenses and per-diem paid)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
PREFERRED TRAITS:
Experience with historic and lime based Mortars
Knowledge of traditional building techniques
