Responsibilities: The Program Lead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). This position also assists in ensuring coordination of services are successful, customer relations are following the highest standard, and referral sources have touch points and are informed. The Program Lead monitors that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained, and coordinates with leadership when support is needed.
Assists therapy staff in effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.

Makes referrals to other disciplines and/or agencies in order to address the comprehensive needs of the patient.

Coordinates Powerback Rehabilitation personnel and consultants within facility or home care contracts.

Ensures that the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification is overseen by a licensed therapist.
Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and seeks out support when clinical education is required to meet the needs of the patient.
Assists in coordinating daily staffing and utilization with input from treating therapists, consideration of clinical requirements, and recommendations from the Clinical Director.
Monitors financial controls of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
Assists the Clinical Operations Area Director in meeting annual budget goals.
Assists with clinical orientation and ensures that there is a quality orientation process for new rehab staff.
Supports the delivery of the highest standard of rehab services through appropriate utilization of resources, the promotion of clinical programs, and support staff development in collaboration with licensed therapists, the Clinical Operations Area Director and the Clinical Director.
Promotes all Powerback Rehabilitation products and services whenever possible.
Assists Clinical Operations Area Director in maintaining relationships, and identifying and securing new relationships and contracts.
Develops and maintains relationships with facility management teams and staff as a representative of Powerback Rehabilitation.
Ensures that the clinical management of the rehab department, including oversight related to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification is overseen.
Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications: * They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
* They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
* They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
* They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
* The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
* Additionally, the Director of Rehab PT must have three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.

About the Job:

**ATS** **Job ID 24100437** **Arlluk Technology Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking an Observer - Drug Testing to support **ATS** and our government customer at Pease ANGB, NH. **This is a part time position approximately 8-16 hours per month.**

The observers will provide urinalysis specimen observation for the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). Under the guidance of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager (WDDRPM) and the Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager (DTPAM), you will, within your assigned Air National Guard Service Component, directly observe selected individuals providing urine samples for drug testing.
**Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:**
+ Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
+ Understand the legal requirements of the position to include the possibility of testifying in a court of law.
+ Follow the directions of the WDDRPM and DTPAM.
+ Document your direct observation during each individual specimen collection on appropriate forms.
+ Provides feedback of the Wing Drug Demand Reduction Programs to the DTPAM.
+ Employee must confirm with the WDDRPM/DTPAM that Observer briefing training was completed prior to any collections.
+ Notify the WDDRPM/DTPAM of any conflicts with scheduled workdays immediately.
+ Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed in accordance with the Observer brief.
**Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
+ EXPERIENCE **:** Prior Military Experience preferred
+ Individuals are ineligible to serve as Observers if they have a record of conviction by courts-martial or civilian criminal court for any offense or history of past misconduct involving dishonesty, fraud, or drug abuse (including use, possession, or distribution).
+ Position may be subject to random drug testing.
+ Must be available to work as a civilian contractor on a military installation during all required drill events.
+ Must have on-call availability for emergencies.
+ This position may require a State Criminal History Repository (SCHR) check to be completed on any person selected for this position.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Position Objective:
Functions within the nursing care guidelines established by the Director of each unit/department, and Frisbie Memorial Hospital, and is directly accountable to the Director for the actions and results achieved.
In collaboration with the Director, assists in the management of daily operations of the department. Develops, plans, and implements quality assurance and educational programs to address identified needs.
Performs within the scope of RN practice as outlined in the standards manual and by applicable regulatory and professional ethics/guidelines, standards, protocols and procedures. Collaborates with leadership teams to deliver quality care and excellent customer services for the service line.

Patient Population Served :
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on the physical ability, intellectual development, psychosocial, educational and safety needs of the patient population cared for in the given unit/department.
Essential Position Functions :
Demonstrates a positive attitude that promotes a collaborative atmosphere and a patient focused environment.
Assists in the investigation of clinical and personnel issues as director by the Director of the given unit/department.
Promotes the hospital and departments customer service effort. Provides service excellence to patients and their families, medical and nursing staff, support services and hospital personnel. Provides immediate and satisfactory objective resolution for valid complaints/issues.
Communicates and collaborates with other departments, physicians, patients and families to encourage and foster actions which meet patient needs and achieve outcome goals.
Participates in the unit/department's Performance Improvement Program by assisting the PI representative in developing and implementing effective PI programs.
Participates on appropriate committees and departmental meetings. Assists in the formation and accomplishment of unit/department goals and objectives.
Accepts primary nurse role for the assigned patients as needed, and charge nurse while on duty. Acts as a resource for staff.
Delegates duties to professional and non-professional nursing personnel based upon patient needs, available staff, and total unit/department needs.
Coordinates and evaluates nursing activities directly and indirectly related to patient care.
Reviews nursing documentation for accuracy and adequate recording of patient's condition and plan of care, nursing interventions and discharge needs as appropriate.
Develops and maintains appropriate records and reports which reflect the activities of the unit/department.
Collaborates with the Director in 90 day evaluations, mid-year and annual performance evaluations of staff.
In coordination with the Director, supervises and motivates staff, participates in interviews, training, development and discipline of staff according to organization and department policies and processes.
May conduct payroll approval for unit staff.
Coordinates educational activities to address the education and training needs of staff.
Develops, implements and maintains orientation program and oversees the delivery of education to the staff.
Participates in the development and implementation of the departmental operating plan, achieving quality and patient satisfaction outcome goals and financial stability.
Pursues activities that will promote professional growth and development of self and contribute to the objectives of the unit/department and division.
Develops, implements and maintains competencies for the unit/department to demonstrate staff competency and compliance.
Super user for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that is utilized on the unit/department.
Completes variances at the direction of the Director.
Assists the Director with annual budget.
Assists Director with researching any narcotic discrepancies.

What qualifications you will need:
Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing with a current, valid license in the State of New Hampshire or Compact State
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
5 or more years' clinical experience.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Advanced preparation in clinical specialty or management is desirable.
Must possess a broad understanding of both theory and clinical practice.
Ability to prioritize work and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to set priorities, exercise initiative and judgement and make decisions within scope of assigned authority.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to a diverse audience.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the care of the patient. You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery
