Primary Responsibilities & Core Skills:

* Preparation and development of 2D/3D CAD/BIM shop drawings and standards as needed for the team.
* Preparation of material orders as required through scheduling within the model to share with Operations as needed and requested.
* Working knowledge of 3D modeling as it relates to architectural building components within BIM and DfMA principles and best practices.
* Utilize CAD & BIM standards, Ritz-Craft design standards, and Ritz-Craft production standards for all HUD/MOD/COM project coordination.
* Knowledge of current industry standards, trends, and design applications and programs; and maintaining Ritz-Crafts compliance and ongoing adoption for success.
* Maintaining accurate records of drawings and details throughout projects lifecycle.
* Lead interaction with others in a team environment: Project Management, Procurement, Product Development, Sales, Customers, and the production teams with clear skills and focus for project success.
* Offer design ideas and suggestions based on the client's needs and input where applicable.
Experience:
* 6 years working experience in the modular industry with relevant knowledge of architectural and commercial building construction practices
* BIM workflow understanding and application a plus
* 6 years directly managing teams in design and/or engineering system
* Knowledge of modular systems and architectural design a must
* Knowledge of the manufacturing process a must
* 6 years minimum hands-on experience in BIM software applications and use
* 6 years minimum hands-on experience in CAD software applications and use
* Experienced software knowledge and use of Revit and AutoCAD together for cross functional teams

Job Description:
**FLSA Status:** Non-exempt
**Summary** Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
+ Keeps area neat and clean.
+ Read and use a tape measure
+ Read blue prints and orders
+ Communicate well with coworkers
+ Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

+ Must understand safety procedures

**Qualifications**
+ Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Summary** Responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the Sales Department. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the plant sales force including account planning and sales activity management. + Plan, coordinate and ensure sufficient In-Plant and In-Field Dealer Sales Training.
+ Plan, coordinate and promote regional trade and local factory shows as appropriate.
+ Maintain cost control to ensure efficient and effective operation of department within budget.
+ Perform regular market research & competitive analysis to ensure the correct product is being marketed.
**Supervisory Responsibilities**
Directly supervise employees in the Sales Department. Carry out responsibilities in accordance with corporate policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
