Coordinates and communicates with providers, members, or other parties to facilitate optimal care and treatment. Begins to influence department's strategy. Position Responsibilities:
Uses their clinical background, experience, and judgement in analyzing patient medical records, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and supporting documentation to determine if proposed treatments are medically necessary and align with established clinical guidelines.
Initiates and participates in discussions with treating physicians to explain the rationale behind utilization management decisions,
Work includes computer-based review of moderately complex to complex clinical scenarios, review of all submitted clinical records, prioritization of daily work, communication of decisions to internal associates, and possible participation in care management, with clinical scenarios arising from outpatient or inpatient
environments
Conducts discussions with external physicians by phone to gather additional clinical information or discuss determinations through the peer-to-peer process, addressing concerns, and seeking clarification on clinical details to reach a mutually agreeable outcome and in some instances, these may require conflict resolution skills
May speak with contracted external physicians, physician groups, facilities, or community groups to support state market priorities, which may include an understanding of Humana processes and a focus on collaborative business relationships, value-based care, population health, or disease or care management

Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Behavior Health Lead Medical Director.
Requirements:
· BCBA-D with Florida licensure or credentialing
· Prior experience in a clinical role, ideally with exposure to utilization management practices.
· At least 2 years of experience post-training providing clinical services
· Experience in utilization management review and case management in a health plan setting
· Familiarity with payer policies, MCG criteria, or other established utilization management tools.
Preferred:
· Experience working with Medicaid Enrollees, providers, and stakeholders in a clinical or administrative setting
· Experience with accreditation process (NCQA)

Works with team members to coordinate and complete assignments to ensure smooth operation of design review monitoring and other HUD contract activities.
Review construction plans and specifications for manufactured homes to ensure compliance with HUD Code requirements, including reference standards such as NFPA 70 and NFPA 13D.
Evaluate architectural, mechanical, electrical, energy, fire safety, and plumbing designs to verify adherence to the Federal Standards.

Perform review of new and innovative designs and products used in the production process of manufactured homes.

Review title reports on properties referred for foreclosure and identify any defects that may exist in the chain of title to determine whether title is clear to proceed with foreclosure or if title curative work may be needed. Independent Third-Party Review is a contracted program through Westchester County Department of Social Services. Independent Third-Party Review provides case record reviews, Service Plan Reviews (SPR), and Permanency Meetings (PM) for families involved in the foster care system, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal child welfare guidelines in support of permanency planning goals for children and families. Service Plan Reviews and Permanency Meetings are case conferences for the purpose of facilitating permanency planning for children by allowing the participants to review and discuss the child's and the family's previous Service Plan and to develop the new Service Plan. Service Plan Reviews and Permanency Meetings fulfill a number of purposes including allowing for joint decision-making, which can increase objectivity and creativity and assure that the provision of services and tasks to be accomplished are focused and not arbitrary.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Independent Third-Party Reviewer is responsible for facilitating independent Service Plan Reviews and Permanency Meetings of children in foster care. Children include those placed in foster care through the Westchester County Department of Social Services as a result of abuse or neglect, which may also include children who are freed for adoption. The program is hybrid and all reviews will occur virtually or in-person. The Independent Third-Party Reviewer must establish and maintain the highest of professional standards and be willing to work autonomously.
SUMMARY Of DUTIES:
Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures established by Greater Mental Health of New York.
Schedule all assigned Service Plan Reviews and Permanency Meetings with DSS case workers.
Facilitate Service Plan Reviews and Permanency meetings with foster parents, biological parents, family members, medical professionals, therapists, social services, educators, CASA workers and other service providers to ensure the timely progress of case planning to achieve permanency.
Complete detailed Record Reviews (6-months review) through electronic case record for all cases prior to holding and in preparation of a Service Plan Review.
Complete Service Plan Review and Permanency Meeting documentation in a timely manner as per program standards.
Input required Service Plan Review information/summary into Connections in a timely manner as per program standards.
For Permanency Meetings, complete Permanency Meeting Plan Agreement (PMPA) form in a timely manner per program standards.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

Perform detailed technical and compliance reviews on residential real estate appraisals, USPAP Standard 3 & 4
Ensure that valuations are reasonably supported, credible and compliant with federal and state regulations, USPAP, FIRREA, bank policies and guidelines, and industry standards
Ensuring all communication is conducted by ValuTrac system
Communicate with appraisers for any report corrections and/or revisions
Evaluate appraiser quality of work and provide feedback for maintenance of the Bank's appraisal panel
Respond to inquiries from production staff, underwriters, and members of management regarding review decisions to resolve issues
Apply for and maintain multiple state licenses to serve our clients
Be able to commute for MountainSeed special projects
Provide support to all areas of real estate lending as needed; demonstrate superior customer service to appraisers and employees
Attend ongoing training for Commercial Real Estate Appraisal and Appraisal Reviews
Attend Weekly team meetings
THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Minimum - Certified residential appraiser credential in at least one state
Additional state licenses a plus
At least five (5) years of real-estate appraisal review experience working with or for regulated financial institutions
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
Familiarity with Residential Real Estate Appraisal terminology and the appropriate application of appraisal valuation techniques, appraisal methodology and understanding of appraisal theory.
Knowledge of residential mortgage operations.
Attention to detail for the identification of Errors and Omissions.
Manage difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.
Successfully prioritize work assignments of varying complexities, track progress of said assignments, demonstrate strong organizational skills and complete work within established deadlines.
Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships.

As a Licensing Eligibility Reviewer for the OCQ Background Check Program, you will join a dedicated and friendly team working to safeguard the quality of Wisconsin's health care system. You will be responsible for helping to ensure that individuals seeking licenses to operate health care programs or facilities meet eligibility requirements under state and federal law. These requirements do not permit licensure of individuals with certain serious criminal offenses or governmental findings of abuse and neglect. You will review criminal history and other sources of data to determine whether applicants meet these requirements. You will also assist with answering questions from licensees and other partners regarding the program. As an integral member of OCQ's team, you may also assist with other office duties, including assisting the Misconduct Investigation Program, the Rehabilitation Review Program, and other administrative tasks.
Salary Information
The pay is $21.66 per hour.
This position is classified as a License/Permit Program Associate and is in pay schedule and range 02/11.
Job Details

Reporting to the Premium Audit Supervisor, the Premium Audit Reviewer is responsible for the quality and timely review of all premium audits, including complex, out-of-state and key accounts, in accordance with company, industry and government rules and regulations.
After an initial training period, the successful candidate will have the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and verify the accuracy of Commercial Lines policy audits. Ensure data entry is completed accurately and refer complex or irregular cases to management when necessary.
Conduct detailed analyses for voluntary mail audits by reviewing financial records submitted by policyholders. Calculate auditable exposures, assign them to the appropriate classifications, and finalize premium determinations.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers via phone or email to clarify audit-related inquiries and resolve issues. Provide clear, professional guidance on audit requirements and procedures.
Identify potential indicators of fraud and promptly notify the supervisor if a case warrants investigation by the Special Investigations Unit (SIU).
Prepare and issue monthly audit assignments for NJM auditors and independent audit vendors. Include relevant policy information and instructions as required to ensure efficient audit processing.
Identify and process estimated audits for policyholders who are noncompliant with mail audit requirements, following established protocols for audit estimation.
Verify the accuracy of invoices received from Independent Fee Companies and coordinate payment by submitting check requests.
Respond to rating bureau inquiries and letters in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in training new Premium Audit Reviewers and contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes by updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
Regular and dependable attendance is essential to this role, as it ensures the efficient functioning of the Premium Audit Department.
Perform additional duties related to the Premium Audit Department, as assigned, to support team goals and contribute to professional growth and knowledge within the department.
