Job Duties:
Develop and implement clinical programs while providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Maintain active BCBA certification
Meet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials prepared
Communicate with Clinical and Operational leadership
Communicate regularly and professionally with clients' caregivers and families
Attend, participate, and prepare for regular and ongoing team meetings
Support in maintenance of established community relationships

Pay Rate: Starting pay rate $26.520/hour plus additional shift differential pay for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 19 years of age to work with adult client populations.
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma. One year or more combined experience or education in human services, customer service, or military service.
Other: Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of: security measures required in the care of criminal and dangerously insane patients; techniques of caring for physically and/or mentally ill patients; human behavior and performance; principles and methods for instructing individuals and groups.
Skill in: listening and understanding; communicating effectively as appropriate for the intended audience; teaching others how to do something.

A Brief Overview

Kids may be referred to the Pioneers Center because of a history of abuse, neglect or domestic violence; alternative to juvenile detention; interruption of a foster care placement; homelessness; hospitalization of a parent/guardian; or for short-term stabilization. A variety of levels of care are offered at the Pioneers Center. Crisis stabilization is a more intensive level of care that involves the support of a CEDARS therapist. To prevent youth from being placed outside the home, CEDARS also offers Basic Center services to families who are not involved in Child Welfare or the Juvenile Justice System.
