Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years as an executive chef, executive sous chef or equivalent in high volume catering or banquets
Computer proficiency includes Email etiquette, Word, Excel Navigation, basic understanding of Microsoft 360, and SharePoint
Demonstrable proficiency with culinary/catering software programs
History of managing teams of at least 8 employees, and at least two direct reports
Insurable driving record with reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 pounds, kneel, stoop or reach for ingredients on high and low shelves, ability to walk up and down stairs, and stand for 8 hours at a time
PREFERRED
Minimum of 7-years of culinary experience specifically in high volume catering & banquets
ServSafe Manager Certification
Experience with Caterease software
