We'd love to meet you if you have:
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the USA field and/or industry
Aesthetician license required
Strong leadership: sets high workplace standards, values, and expectations while providing clear direction and priorities
Responsible for curriculum strategy, team performance objectives, and clear communication
Skilled in organizing, designing, and delivering market trainings from brief to execution
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to customize presentations and integrate videos
Strong presentation, coaching, and public speaking skills, including experience at large-scale events
Knowledge of digital education and expertise in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and luxury/prestige brands
Minimum 20% travel required
As required by New York City salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000.00- $150,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
