About the Role:
As a Microbiologist, you will be a key player in the responsibility and oversight of our QA Department processes and programs at our Dixon, IL plant, a manufacturer of quality Aseptic products.
You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental samples for microbiological evaluation to assess sanitation effectiveness in production areas.
* Perform, interpret, and report results of microbiological testing of ingredients and finished products.

* Assist QA Supervisors with tasks as needed and serve as Supervisor in their absence.
