Requirement Details: Job Title: Anti-Money Laundering Analyst Duration: 12 months contract with potential for extension Rate Range: $35-37/hr on W2 Key Qualifications Previous experience in Compliance/AML or Fraud Investigations with a financial institution or payment-focused company 1-3 years of experience in AML compliance Experience filing Suspicious Activity Reports with FinCEN and/or Experience reviewing OFAC and Sanctions alerts Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships Strong verbal / written communication skills Data analysis experience; be able to review data and financial transactions to determine suspicious activity A Good Candidate Should Also Have: Creativity to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to a given problem Inquisitiveness and a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills Ability to self-manage workflow across competing priorities Responsibilities: Monitor and act upon compliance-related queue alerts relating to AML, OFAC, Sanctions or negative news Investigating and reporting potentially suspicious activity Filing Suspicious Activity Reports with FinCEN Maintain knowledge of AML red flags and industry trends Working cross-functionally with other teams Education: BA / BS degree or relevant experience Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification (Preferred)
